Cell Lab Laboratory 3D Movement Powder Mixer [5L, 15L, 20L]

Homogeneous Powder Blending with 3D Motion Technology

The Cell Lab Laboratory 3D Movement Powder Mixer is engineered for highly efficient, uniform blending of powders and granules with large density differences.
Its unique three-dimensional motion system drives the container to move simultaneously in three directions—rotation, translation, and inversion—eliminating segregation and ensuring full homogeneity.
The mixing barrel is constructed from polished 304 stainless steel for exceptional durability and contamination resistance, with optional 316 stainless steel available for higher corrosion protection.
With container volumes from 5L to 20L, this versatile mixer is ideal for laboratories engaged in pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical materials, metallurgy, and electronics R&D.

Key Features

  • Closed disk valve design – prevents dust leakage and ensures safe, sealed operation.

  • High-quality stainless steel construction – 304 grade standard; 316 grade available upon request.

  • Unique 3D mixing motion – ensures all materials move uniformly in multiple directions for complete blending.

  • High blending efficiency – homogeneous distribution even for materials with large density or particle-size differences.

  • Wide application range – suitable for powder and granular materials in both research and pilot-scale laboratories.

Applications & Industries

Cell Lab 3D Movement Powder Mixers are widely used in:

  • Pharmaceutical laboratories – uniform blending of active ingredients and excipients

  • Chemical and material science research – mixing of fine powders, catalysts, and composite materials

  • Food technology – homogenous blending of nutrition powders, additives, and granules

  • Metallurgy and ceramics – preparation of metal and ceramic powders prior to sintering

  • Electronics industry – mixing conductive and insulating powders for component fabrication

FAQ

Q1: What makes the 3D motion different from conventional mixers?
A: Unlike standard rotation mixers, the 3D motion combines rotation, inversion, and swing movements—ensuring that every particle moves through the entire container space for uniform results.

Q2: Can this mixer handle both fine powders and granules?
A: Yes. The system is designed to process materials with different particle sizes and densities, preventing stratification or dead zones.

Q3: Is the container removable for cleaning?
A: Yes. The stainless steel barrel is detachable for convenient cleaning and maintenance, ensuring no cross-contamination between batches.

Q4: Can this mixer be used for wet materials?
A: It is primarily designed for dry powders and granules. For slurry or paste-like materials, a dedicated wet mixer or vacuum mixer is recommended.

Q5: How do I choose between 304 and 316 stainless steel?
A: 304 stainless steel suits most laboratory environments. For corrosive or high-purity materials, 316 stainless steel provides superior resistance and durability.
