Lightweight, benchtop manual hydraulic press for laboratory pellet preparation in spectroscopy, batteries & materials research
The Cell Lab 5-Ton Manual Hydraulic Pellet Press is a compact and easy-to-use benchtop press designed for laboratory-scale pellet preparation. With a maximum load of 5 metric tons (31.4 MPa), it is widely applied in FTIR/XRF spectroscopy, battery electrode research, ceramics, catalysis, and metallurgy.
Featuring fast compression, stable pressure, simple operation, and low maintenance, this press is ideal for routine laboratory use. It is available with either a regular pressure gauge or a digital pressure gauge for precise monitoring. When operated inside a glove box, the O-ring should be inspected periodically to prevent oil leakage.
Compact and portable — Lightweight design (28 kg) ideal for benchtop laboratories.
Maximum pressure 5 tons — Provides stable compaction for small-scale pellet formation.
Digital display option — Choose between regular or digital pressure gauge for accuracy.
Laboratory versatility — Suitable for spectroscopy, battery R&D, ceramics, and metallurgy.
Durable construction — Made for long-term use with minimal cleaning and maintenance.
