General Description

The Cell Lab Integrated Hot Press is a compact hydraulic hot pressing system designed for material forming, powder compaction, lamination, film pressing and battery material research. Its integrated structure combines the heating and pressing components into a space-efficient laboratory system, while the dual 120 × 120 mm heating platens provide a defined heating area for small-format samples.

Three configurations are available with maximum heating temperatures of 300 °C, 500 °C or 800 °C. The system provides a 0–5 ton pressure range, 0.01 ton pressure accuracy, and 0.1 °C temperature control accuracy, supporting controlled thermal and mechanical processing.

The system features a 5-inch touch screen for operation and parameter setting. The multi-stage heating or cooling program supports controlled thermal processing, while air or water cooling can be selected depending on the application. A water chiller is available as an optional accessory.

Its compact integrated design makes this hot press suitable for battery R&D, ceramic materials, polymer processing, powder metallurgy, composite materials and laboratory-scale sample preparation.
