Cell Lab Hot Plates [Aluminium Alloy Surface | Digital / Analogue Control | Up to 350 °C]

Efficient surface heating with precision temperature control

The Cell Lab™ Hot Plate Series provides reliable, uniform, and fast heating for sample preparation, chemical analysis, and general laboratory heating tasks. Featuring a robust aluminium alloy plate, precision thermal regulation, and durable construction, it ensures stable, repeatable heating for research and industrial applications.

Key Features

• High-Performance Aluminium Alloy Heating Plate
The tensile-formed aluminium surface ensures uniform heat distribution across the working area, with a maximum temperature of 350 °C. This design enables rapid heating and consistent thermal transfer during demanding lab procedures.

• Stepless Adjustable Heating Power
Equipped with high-efficiency resistive heating elements, the system provides smooth, stepless power adjustment. Users can easily fine-tune heating from gentle warming to rapid boiling to match different experimental protocols.

• Digital and Analogue Operation Modes
Digital models include a bright LED display for accurate real-time temperature monitoring, while analogue versions use manual scaling dials for quick adjustment—offering flexibility for both modern and traditional lab environments.

• Rugged, Corrosion-Resistant Construction
The welded iron shell with electrostatic powder coating ensures long-term durability and chemical resistance. Each unit supports up to 40 kg load capacity—ideal for flasks, beakers, or multiple-sample setups.

• Continuous, Safe Operation
Designed for extended use, the system incorporates a K-type temperature sensor, over-temperature protection, and energy-efficient insulation, ensuring safety and reliability throughout prolonged heating cycles.
