Precision horizontal planetary mill for uniform, high-energy powder processing
The Cell Lab Horizontal High Energy Planetary Ball Mill (Light Version) delivers exceptional performance in uniform fine grinding, dispersion, and mixing of powder materials.
Its horizontal jar alignment eliminates gravity-induced sedimentation, ensuring consistent particle refinement throughout the milling cycle.
Supporting dry, wet, and vacuum milling, this system enables precise particle control down to ~0.1 µm, making it ideal for laboratories and pilot-scale research in battery R&D, nanomaterials, metallurgy, ceramics, and advanced chemistry.
Engineered with robust gearing and programmable operation, it ensures reproducibility, efficiency, and reduced noise during extended high-energy milling.
Horizontal Jar Design – Prevents non-uniform milling caused by sedimentation, guaranteeing even material mixing.
4-Jar System – Compatible with both standard and vacuum jars, supporting multi-batch operations.
High-Energy Milling Efficiency – Achieves particle sizes down to ~0.1 µm for superior powder refinement.
Programmable Control System – Enables precise automation with adjustable speed, direction, and interval settings.
Heavy-Duty Build – Reinforced structure and advanced gearing system ensure quiet, stable, and durable performance.
