Cell Lab Electronic Control Heating Mantle [Up to 450 °C | Electronic Regulation | 50 ml–20 L Capacity]

Reliable electronic temperature control up to 450 °C

The Cell Lab™ Electronic Control Heating Mantle provides reliable, uniform heating for round-bottom flasks from 50 ml to 20 L. Designed with electronic temperature regulation and nichrome wire surface conduction, it ensures smooth, accurate heating for distillation, digestion, evaporation, and general laboratory applications where stable thermal environments are essential.

Key Features

• Electronic Temperature Control
A high-stability electronic regulation system delivers precise and even heating across the flask surface. The nichrome wire heating element maintains up to 450 °C, ideal for demanding chemical processes requiring consistent heat distribution.

• Wide Volume Compatibility
Models range from 50 ml to 20 000 ml, with optional custom volumes (4 L, 6 L, 50 L, 100 L). Suitable for both research-scale and pilot-scale heating operations in analytical, pharmaceutical, and industrial laboratories.

• Durable and Insulated Structure
Constructed with cold-rolled steel housing and high-quality aluminium silicate cotton insulation, providing excellent thermal retention, operator protection, and long-term durability under continuous use.

• Continuous Operation Mode
Designed for 24-hour working conditions, the mantle maintains a stable heating curve with smooth thermal control, ensuring reproducibility in routine procedures.

• Global Voltage Support & Compact Design
Compatible with 100–120 V / 200–240 V (50–60 Hz), suitable for international laboratories. Its compact footprint enables easy placement and stacking on benchtops for efficient workspace use.

Specifications:

  • Electronic temperature regulation mode with characteristics of stepless speed adjustable.
  • We can produce different size heating mantle as customer' s requirement. For example: 4000ml,6000ml,50 liters, 100 liters and etc.
