Cell Lab Economy Compact Stainless Steel Glove Box [Without Antechamber]

Compact glove box engineered for controlled, inert environments in laboratory applications

The Cell Lab Economy Compact Stainless Steel Glove Box (Without Antechamber) is designed to provide a stable, moisture-free, and contamination-controlled atmosphere for research involving air- or moisture-sensitive materials.
By continuously circulating high-purity inert gases and filtering out oxygen (O₂), water vapour (H₂O), and organic contaminants, it ensures a clean and stable working environment.

Ideal for laboratories with limited space, this compact glove box combines robust stainless-steel construction, excellent visibility, and modular compatibility with optional vacuum systems and gas purification units — making it a versatile solution for battery R&D, chemical synthesis, and semiconductor processing.

Key Features

  • Controlled Atmosphere – Maintains ultra-low O₂ and H₂O levels, ensuring reliable protection for air- and moisture-sensitive materials.

  • High-Quality Stainless Steel Construction – Made from 304-grade stainless steel, offering durability, strength, and resistance to corrosion.

  • Clear Observation Window – Large tempered glass panel provides excellent visibility for precise operations.

  • Compact, Space-Saving Design – Perfect for laboratories with limited bench space, without compromising working area.

  • Flexible Integration – Compatible with optional vacuum pumps, purification systems, and humidity/oxygen monitoring modules.

Applications & Industries

Cell Lab compact glove boxes are widely used in:

  • Battery materials research – handling lithium, sodium, and moisture-sensitive compounds.

  • Chemical and catalytic synthesis – performing oxygen- and moisture-free reactions.

  • Semiconductor and electronics R&D – assembly and storage of oxidation-prone materials.

  • Material science and metallurgy – manipulation of fine powders and reactive metals.

  • Pharmaceutical and environmental research – isolation and protection of sensitive samples.

FAQ

Q1: Can this glove box maintain an inert atmosphere continuously?
A: Yes. When connected to a purification or gas circulation system, it can maintain low oxygen and humidity levels continuously.

Q2: What inert gases are compatible?
A: The system supports argon, nitrogen, and helium, depending on the application’s purity requirements.

Q3: How does this model differ from the version with an antechamber?
A: This model offers the same internal performance but excludes the vacuum transfer chamber, making it more compact and suitable for confined spaces.

Q4: Can accessories like vacuum pumps and gas sensors be added later?
A: Yes. The design supports modular expansion, allowing the installation of pumps, sensors, or purification units as needed.

Q5: What maintenance is recommended?
A: Regular inspection of seals, valves, and O-rings ensures vacuum integrity. Clean internal surfaces with ethanol or non-corrosive solvents.
