High-capacity, research-ready NMC811 coated foil for advanced lithium-ion cell development

The Cell Lab Double-Sided NMC811 Coated Aluminium Foil is a precision-manufactured cathode sheet designed for lithium-ion battery research and prototyping, including coin-cell and pouch-cell formats. Coated on both sides with LiNi₀.₈Mn₀.₁Co₀.₁O₂ (NMC811), it delivers high energy density, low heat generation, and excellent cycling stability.

Compared to traditional LiCoO₂ systems, the NMC811 composition significantly improves capacity and cost efficiency due to nickel and manganese enrichment. Each sheet provides reliable adhesion, uniform coating thickness, and optimised conductivity—ideal for laboratory R&D and pilot production of next-generation batteries. Custom coating thickness and foil dimensions are available upon request.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
