Precision viscosity measurement for electrode slurry formulation and coating uniformity control

The Cell Lab Digital Display Viscometer is designed to measure the viscosity of lithium-ion battery slurries with exceptional precision and repeatability. Accurate viscosity control is critical for achieving uniform electrode coating, stable dispersion, and optimised slurry rheology. Compact and easy to operate, this viscometer is ideal for laboratory research and pilot-scale electrode manufacturing lines.

Q1: What viscosity range can this viscometer measure?
It measures from 1 to 10⁵ mPa·s, covering low-viscosity and high-viscosity slurries alike.

Q2: Can it measure both cathode and anode slurries?
Yes. It is suitable for graphite, silicon-carbon, LFP, NCM, and other electrode compositions.

Q3: Is temperature measurement available?
This standard model does not include a temperature probe. Optional thermal sensors are available on request.

Q4: What is the measurement accuracy?
Accuracy is ±2 %, with repeatability within ±1 % for Newtonian fluids.

Q5: Is it suitable for continuous testing?
Yes. The device supports both timed and continuous viscosity monitoring.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
