The Cell Lab™ Digital Display Heating Mantle delivers precise and stable heating for round-bottom flasks from 50 ml to 20 L. Equipped with a digital PID controller and nichrome wire heating elements, it provides fast, uniform temperature response, ideal for distillation, extraction, and chemical synthesis applications in both academic and industrial laboratories.

A digital PID microprocessor controller ensures rapid thermal response and ±1 °C precision within a range of RT + 20 °C to 250 °C, maintaining exceptional temperature uniformity for sensitive heating tasks.
• Efficient Surface Heating Up to 450 °C
Nichrome alloy heating wire delivers uniform surface conduction with maximum efficiency. The system achieves up to 450 °C, making it suitable for both organic and inorganic synthesis.
• Flexible Flask Capacity (50 ml – 20 L)
Supports a full range of flask volumes, enabling anything from micro-scale heating to pilot-scale operations. Custom sizes such as 4 L, 6 L, 50 L, and 100 L are available on request.
• Reliable PT100 Sensor Feedback
Integrated PT100 sensor provides accurate, real-time feedback through a digital display. Each unit includes an adjustable sensor rack and stainless-steel support rods for reproducible measurements.

A5: CE-certified insulation cotton and a cold-rolled steel shell provide both thermal and electrical protection.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
