Compact PID-controlled orbital shaker incubator for precision biological culturing

The Cell Lab Constant Temperature Shaking Incubator is a desktop shaker incubator designed for microbial, cell, and biochemical culturing. With PID digital control, bi-directional orbital shaking, and advanced safety functions, it supports consistent incubation at RT + 5–65 °C or 4–65 °C depending on the model, with programmable timing and motion.

  • IB0026 (50 L): up to 100 ml × 16, 250 ml × 9, 500 ml × 4, 1000 ml × 4

  • IB0027 / IB0028 (70 L): up to 100 ml × 24, 250 ml × 12, 500 ml × 8, 1000 ml × 6
    Each unit includes a one-layer shelf supporting up to 15 kg, with optional custom flask-clamp trays.
    Power supply: AC 220 V / 50–60 Hz.

    LCD PID controller enables real-time monitoring of temperature, shaking speed, and countdown time.

Driven by a brushless DC motor, the system uses three-axis horizontal balancing for stable, low-vibration operation.
Amplitude: Φ 20 mm with soft-start to prevent splashing.
Includes overspeed protection and mechanical auto-locking.

Mirror-polished stainless-steel chamber with horizontal convection air circulation ensures uniform conditions.
The large resin window and LED illumination allow clear viewing without disturbing the internal temperature.
Base design is fully sealed and moisture-resistant.

• Optional Cooling Function (IB0027 / IB0028)
Equipped with R134a refrigeration, enabling incubation from 4 °C, ideal for temperature-sensitive culture or sample storage. Stainless-steel heating ensures rapid and uniform heat response.
