Compact convection systems for precise thermal drying and biological incubation

The Cell Lab Constant-Temperature Drying Oven & Incubator series combines reliability, energy efficiency, and precise temperature regulation in a compact benchtop design. Featuring natural air convection and intelligent PID control, this dual-function system offers both high-temperature drying (Model DO0040) and low-temperature incubation (Model IB0001). Ideal for laboratories in research, healthcare, and industrial testing, it delivers stable and uniform heating for a wide range of applications.

• Dual-Purpose Design for Drying & Incubation
Model DO0040 supports temperatures up to 300 °C for drying, sterilising, and thermal testing, while Model IB0001 maintains gentle heating up to 65 °C for microbial and enzymatic incubation. Both employ natural convection to ensure quiet, even heat distribution.

• Intelligent PID Temperature Control
Equipped with a microprocessor-based PID system, maintaining precision within ± 1 °C (oven) and ± 0.5 °C (incubator). Dual-row LED display simultaneously shows real-time and setpoint values. Built-in self-tuning, sensor deviation correction, and power-off memory guarantee long-term stability.

• Compact & Safe Benchtop Design
Features a cool-touch anti-scald handle, 9999-minute programmable timer with wait mode, and over-temperature alarm with both sound and light indicators. Perfect for daily laboratory use and safe continuous operation.

• Robust Thermal Structure
Inner chamber available in mirror-finished stainless steel (B model) or high-strength galvanised steel. The exterior shell is powder-coated cold-rolled steel with CE-compliant rock-wool insulation, ensuring exceptional heat retention and user protection.

• Flexible Shelving & Access Port
Two adjustable shelves (load 15 kg each) with six available positions and 29 mm spacing. A top-mounted Φ 35 mm port functions as both exhaust vent and sensor access for testing and gas release.

Returns Policy
