Cell Lab Constant-Temperature Incubator [PID Control | Natural Convection | 45–210 L]

Classical laboratory incubator for reliable microbial and bacterial culture

The Cell Lab Constant-Temperature Incubator provides a stable, precisely regulated thermal environment ideal for microbial, bacterial, and biochemical culture. Designed with natural air convection and PID digital temperature control, it ensures uniform conditions from RT + 5 °C to 70 °C, maintaining consistency across small and large sample volumes.

Key Features

• PID Intelligent Temperature Control
High-precision PID microprocessor maintains resolution at 0.1 °C, accuracy ± 0.5 °C, and uniformity ± 1.5 °C. Dual-row LED display shows both real-time and setpoint values. Integrated timer (0 – 9999 min) includes wait and auto-stop functions for unattended operation.

• Ergonomic Design & User Safety
The 5°-angled front control panel improves readability, while the inner glass door adopts a secure knob design for easy access. Outer magnetic door sealing ensures energy efficiency and automatic power cut-off upon opening.

• Durable Dual-Chamber Options
Available in mirror-finished stainless steel (B-type) or galvanised-steel (G-type) chambers. The body uses cold-rolled steel with anti-corrosion electrostatic coating and high-density polyurethane insulation for reliable heat retention.

• Energy-Efficient Mica Heating System
Advanced mica electrothermal-film heaters deliver uniform, low-consumption heating throughout the chamber, supporting long-term stable operation without hot spots or overshoot.

• Multiple Capacities & Modular Shelving
Offered in 45 L, 65 L, 125 L and 210 L volumes. Each model includes two shelves (adjustable 35 mm spacing, 15 kg load each). The top Φ35 mm exhaust port doubles as a test hole for sensor probes or sampling lines.

FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between the B-type and non-B models?
A1: B-type chambers use mirror-finished stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance and hygiene, while non-B models use galvanised steel for general laboratory use.

Q2: How does natural convection benefit microbial incubation?
A2: It ensures stable air circulation without forced airflow, preventing sample drying and maintaining uniform heat.

Q3: Can I run it continuously for long-term incubation?
A3: Yes, the incubator supports continuous operation with overshoot protection and automatic temperature compensation.

Q4: What safety mechanisms are included?
A4: Over-temperature alarm, power-off memory, and parameter lock prevent accidental temperature drift or data loss.

Q5: Is there a built-in test hole for sensors?
A5: Yes, a Φ 35 mm top exhaust hole can serve as a sampling or sensor port.
