Cell Lab Conductive Carbon Cloth Electrode [100 × 100 mm, 0.33 mm Thickness] – Flexible Carbon Fabric for Battery, Fuel Cell & Supercapacitor Research

High-conductivity and flexible carbon substrate for advanced electrochemical and energy research

The Cell Lab Conductive Carbon Cloth Electrode is a flexible, high-purity carbon fabric designed for cutting-edge applications in battery, fuel cell, and supercapacitor research. With outstanding electrical conductivity, mechanical flexibility, and chemical inertness, it provides a reliable platform for electrode fabrication, catalytic coatings, and electrochemical analysis.

Its porous woven structure ensures efficient gas diffusion and electrolyte penetration, while its strong mechanical integrity allows use in bent or dynamic configurations, including flexible and wearable energy devices. This versatile substrate is also widely used in catalysis, sensors, microbial fuel cells, and water-splitting technologies.

Key Features

Excellent Electrical Conductivity
Low resistivity (3 mΩ/cm²) ensures efficient electron transfer and stable electrochemical response.

Flexible and Durable Structure
Easily conforms to curved surfaces or flexible assemblies without compromising electrical performance.

High Porosity for Gas Diffusion
Porosity of 75% promotes superior electrolyte access and mass transport in catalytic and energy devices.

Chemically Stable Carbon Fabric
Resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, suitable for long-term laboratory use.

FAQ

Q1: Can this carbon cloth be used as a current collector?
Yes. Its high conductivity and flexibility make it suitable as a lightweight, corrosion-resistant current collector.

Q2: Is it compatible with aqueous or organic electrolytes?
Yes. The material is chemically stable and performs well in both environments.

Q3: Can the surface be coated with metal or oxide catalysts?
Absolutely. It supports uniform coating via dip-coating, sputtering, or electrodeposition.

Q4: Is the cloth reusable?
Yes, it can be reused after proper cleaning, depending on the specific application and test conditions.

Q5: Can I order larger sheet sizes?
Yes. Custom sheet dimensions and rolls are available upon request for pilot or industrial-scale projects.
