High-precision vacuum sealer for aluminium-laminated pouch cells in battery R&D and prototyping

The Cell Lab Compact Vacuum Sealer is engineered for pre-sealing aluminium-laminated pouch cell cases following electrolyte injection or formation. Its compact, glovebox-compatible design makes it ideal for laboratory use in lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery development.
Equipped with precise temperature, pressure, and timing control, the unit provides reliable vacuum sealing performance with a hard sealing blade—perfect for edge sealing applications. It ensures uniform sealing quality under controlled vacuum conditions, improving pouch integrity and long-term cell stability.

It is designed for edge sealing of aluminium-laminated pouches and is not suitable for tabbed or top sealing applications.

Q3: Is the vacuum pump included?
No. It must be purchased separately; Cell Lab offers compatible pumps upon request.

Q4: How accurate is temperature control?
Temperature precision is maintained within ±1.5 °C, ensuring repeatable sealing performance.

Q5: What maintenance is required inside a glovebox?
Regularly inspect for oil leakage and clean sealing blades to maintain airtight integrity.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
