Cell Lab Ceramic Magnetic Stirrer [Digital PID Control | Ceramic Plate | 200–2000 rpm]

Integrated ceramic magnetic stirring and heating with precise digital control

The Cell Lab™ Ceramic Magnetic Stirrer offers an advanced combination of corrosion-resistant ceramic heating and smooth magnetic stirring for laboratory heating and mixing tasks. Designed for precision, durability, and versatility, it supports simultaneous heating and stirring of liquids up to 5 L, with analog and digital models available for varying experimental needs.

Key Features

• Durable Ceramic-Coated Heating Plate
The ceramic-coated plate ensures uniform heat distribution, rapid temperature response, and excellent chemical and acid resistance, extending instrument lifespan even under intensive use.

• Dual-Function Heating and Stirring
Equipped with a stepless adjustable motor (200–2000 rpm) and PTFE-coated stir bar, the unit allows simultaneous or independent heating and stirring. Ideal for chemical reactions, titration, and extraction.

• Precision Digital Control (Advanced Models)
Digital versions include an LCD display, PT100 temperature sensor, and timing functions for precise process control. PID-based temperature regulation maintains accuracy within ±1 °C.

• Leak-Proof and Safe Design
The stretched iron housing and sealed structure prevent liquid intrusion, while the surface-sprayed anti-corrosion coating ensures safety and long-term durability during continuous operation.

• Compact Form with Global Voltage Compatibility
Measuring just 320 × 190 × 125 mm, it fits any laboratory bench. Operates on AC 220 V / 50–60 Hz, supporting a 10 kg plate load with 190 × 190 mm heating surface.

FAQ

Q1: What’s the difference between analog and digital models?
A1: Digital models (MS004 / MS005) feature LCD display, PT100 temperature sensor, and programmable timing; analog models provide manual control for simplicity.

Q2: Can heating and stirring be used simultaneously?
A2: Yes — both functions operate independently or together for controlled mixing under heat.

Q3: What’s the maximum stirring capacity?
A3: The stirrer handles up to 5 L of liquid, suitable for medium-scale lab experiments.

Q4: Is the ceramic plate corrosion-resistant?
A4: Yes — the ceramic coating resists chemical corrosion, ensuring stable heating for acids, bases, and organic solvents.

Q5: Can it operate continuously?
A5: Yes — the motor and heating system are designed for 24-hour continuous operation under safe conditions.
