Cell Lab Automatic XRF Sample Press [30T & 40T, Bench Top, Built-in 40 mm Die]

Programmable Automatic Press for XRF, Battery & Advanced Materials

The Cell Lab Automatic XRF Sample Press series is designed to provide precise, repeatable pellet pressing with automated pressure control. Compared with manual hydraulic presses, these benchtop automatic systems can be programmed to gradually apply pressure, automatically hold it for the desired duration, and then release with controlled demoulding. The integrated 40 mm die ensures high-quality sample pellets for XRF spectroscopy, while also supporting battery electrode material compaction, ceramics, metallurgy, and catalysis applications.

With programmable upper and lower pressure values, automatic pressure increase control, and pressure hold functions, these presses deliver superior accuracy and reproducibility for laboratory use.

Key Features

  • Automatic pressure control – Programmable upper/lower pressure values with controlled pressurisation and release.

  • Built-in 40 mm die – Optimised for XRF sample preparation with durable steel dies.

  • Pressure holding – Models support continuous hold (no time limit) or programmed hold (0–999 s).

  • Automatic demoulding – Ensures safe and easy pellet removal without manual intervention.

  • Multi-application use – Suitable for XRF pellets, battery electrode compaction, ceramics, metallurgy, and catalysts.

FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between the 30T and 40T models?
A: The 30T press supports unlimited pressure holding time, while the 40T model allows programmable hold up to 999 s. The 40T also provides higher maximum pressing capacity.

Q2: What die size is included?
A: Both models feature a built-in 40 mm die for XRF sample preparation.

Q3: Can I use this press for materials other than XRF samples?
A: Yes. It is also suitable for battery electrodes, ceramic powders, metallurgy samples, and catalysts.

Q4: How does automatic demoulding work?
A: After the pressing cycle, the system automatically releases and ejects the pellet, reducing manual handling.

Q5: How precise is the control system?
A: Both models feature programmable upper and lower limits, with controlled pressurisation and release for reproducible pellet quality.
