Cell Lab Automatic Vacuum Heated Lab Press [25T, 300 °C, Dual Heating Plates]

Precision Heated Press with Vacuum Chamber for Polymers, Ceramics & Battery Films

The Cell Lab 25-Ton Automatic Vacuum Heated Lab Press is engineered for advanced pressing of polymer films, ceramic powders, battery electrodes, and membrane sheets under precise thermal and vacuum conditions. Equipped with dual flat heating plates (available in 180 × 180 mm or 200 × 200 mm), the press achieves stable heating up to 300 °C, controlled with high accuracy.

An integrated vacuum chamber (400 × 400 × 400 mm working space) provides high-purity processing conditions with an ultimate vacuum degree of -0.1 MPa, ensuring minimal contamination and enhanced reproducibility. The automatic pressure maintenance and programmable control enable long-duration, stable pressing cycles, making this system suitable for both R&D and pilot-scale production.

⚠️ Note: The vacuum pump (SKU: MA0756) is required but not always included. Please check the variant details below.

Key Features

  • 25-ton pressing capacity – Stable, high-force pressing for powders, electrodes, and films.

  • Dual heated plates – 180 × 180 mm or 200 × 200 mm flat plates, up to 300 °C.

  • Vacuum chamber design – Large 400 × 400 × 400 mm working space with -0.1 MPa ultimate vacuum.

  • Automatic control – Programmable pressure maintenance (no time limit or up to 999 min 59 s).

  • Flexible configurations – Available with or without included vacuum pump, to suit different lab setups.
