The Cell Lab Automatic Pouch Cell Top and Side Heat Sealer is a high-accuracy single-station system designed for top and side sealing of aluminium-laminated pouch cell casings. Equipped with a PLC touchscreen control interface, it provides precise adjustment of temperature, pressure, and sealing duration, ensuring consistent seal integrity and repeatability. Integrated USB data logging enables process traceability and quality management. Ideal for both research laboratories and pilot-scale battery manufacturing, this system delivers superior control, reliability, and sealing performance.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
