General Description

The Cell Lab Automatic Hot Press is a fully programmable hydraulic hot press designed for material forming, lamination, powder compaction and battery electrode preparation. Featuring dual 180 × 180 mm heating platens, a maximum pressing force of 50 tons, and three heating configurations up to 800 °C, this system provides controlled pressure and temperature conditions for advanced laboratory material processing.

The system integrates programmable control of pressure, temperature and cooling, supporting up to 18 process segments for complex pressing cycles. A 7-inch touch screen, real-time process curve display and USB data export provide convenient process monitoring and data management.

With adjustable pressurisation and heating rates, programmable cooling and optional computer control, this automatic hot press is suitable for battery research, composite materials, polymer processing, powder metallurgy, ceramic forming and advanced materials development.
