General Description

The Cell Lab Automatic Hot Press is a next-generation, fully programmable hydraulic heat press designed for large-area material forming, lamination, powder compaction and battery electrode preparation. Featuring dual 400 ×400 mm heating platens, up to 50 ton pressing force, and maximum temperatures of 300 °C or 500 °C, this system delivers exceptional uniformity, precision and repeatability.

The press integrates independent programmable control of pressure, temperature and cooling, allowing up to 18 process segments for complex pressing cycles. Its 7-inch touch screen interface, real-time curve display and USB data export enable complete process monitoring and traceability. With integrated safety systems, water-cooling capability and optional computer control, it is ideal for advanced research and pilot-scale production.

This automatic hot press is widely used in battery research, composite materials, polymer processing, powder metallurgy and industrial material development.

Returns Policy
