General Description

The Cell Lab Automatic Hot Press is a high-performance, fully programmable hydraulic hot press designed for powder compaction, material forming, lamination and thermal pressing applications. Featuring up to 30-ton pressing force, precise temperature control up to 500 °C, and a 20-stage programmable pressurisation process, it delivers exceptional stability and repeatability for laboratory and pilot-scale material processing.

Equipped with a 7-inch touch screen, real-time pressure profile display and multi-stage heating or cooling programmes, it allows users to precisely control pressure, temperature and dwell time throughout the entire hot pressing cycle. Optional water-cooled rapid cooling further enhances process efficiency and sample throughput.

This automatic hot press is widely used in battery materials, ceramics, composites, polymers, powder metallurgy and functional materials R&D.

Returns Policy
