The Cell Lab Automatic Film Coater with Heating Dryer is a compact, benchtop vacuum film coating system engineered for uniform slurry deposition on various substrates. Featuring an integrated vacuum pump, aluminium vacuum chuck, and top-mounted heating dryer, this coater ensures stable fixation, consistent thickness, and precise temperature control—making it ideal for lithium-ion battery electrode coating, ceramic tape casting, and polymer or oxide slurry drying.

The system includes a micrometre-adjustable film applicator (250 mm width) for accurate film thickness control and a programmable traverse mechanism for smooth, consistent coating motion. The built-in digital heating system supports controlled drying up to 130 °C, ensuring repeatable and high-quality film results across a wide range of research applications.

    Returns Policy
