High-accuracy automatic coating system with integrated heating and vacuum platform for electrode fabrication

The Cell Lab Automatic Film Coater with Heating Dryer is a high-precision coating instrument designed for laboratory and pilot-scale lithium-ion battery electrode preparation. It combines automatic film coating, bottom heating, and a built-in vacuum pump within a single compact system, ensuring uniform coating, rapid drying, and stable substrate fixation.

This system includes a micrometre-adjustable film applicator (0.01–3.5 mm) and a digital temperature-controlled heating dryer (up to 130 °C) for superior process repeatability. The integrated vacuum chuck and oil-less pump ensure flat, secure fixation of electrodes, even when handling soft or thin foils. With its smooth traverse pusher and customisable coating width (up to 300 mm), this coater delivers professional-grade performance for battery research, thin-film materials, and nanotechnology applications.

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
