High-accuracy automatic film coating system with vacuum substrate fixation and micrometre-adjustable applicator

The Cell Lab Automatic Film Coater is a precision benchtop coating instrument engineered for battery electrode preparation, thin-film deposition, and materials research. It features a vacuum chuck with an integrated pump, a micrometre-adjustable doctor blade, and a smooth variable-speed traverse system, enabling reproducible coatings with excellent uniformity.

Equipped with a touch-screen interface, the coater allows researchers to easily control coating speed, stroke length, and film thickness parameters. Its compact and durable structure ensures high stability and precision, making it suitable for lithium-ion, sodium-ion, and solid-state battery R&D. A heating cover is optionally available for slurry drying and electrode solidification.

Returns Policy
