Cell Lab Automatic Cold Isostatic Press (CIP) [60T & 100T]

High-Precision Powder Compaction under Uniform Isostatic Pressure

The Cell Lab Automatic Cold Isostatic Press (CIP) series is engineered for uniform compaction of powdered materials into dense, homogeneous billets under equal pressure from all directions. This method, widely applied in powder metallurgy, ceramics, refractories, and specialty materials, minimises distortion and cracking during subsequent sintering.

Compared with manual and electrical CIP systems, the automatic CIP press provides superior pressure control accuracy with programmable pressurisation, holding, and timed release cycles, ensuring repeatable and reliable results. Both 60-ton and 100-ton models are available, offering flexibility for laboratory and pilot-scale applications.

Key Features

  • Automatic pressurisation cycle – Programmed pressurisation, holding, and timed pressure release.

  • High isostatic pressure – Supports up to 300 MPa for advanced material compaction.

  • Enhanced safety design – Steel plate construction with plexiglass safety door.

  • LCD control system – 4.3" display for precise operation and monitoring.

  • Scalable options – Available in 60T and 100T models, suitable for varying research and production needs.

FAQ

Q1: What is the maximum pressure supported?
A: Both models reach up to 300 MPa isostatic pressure.

Q2: What’s the difference between the 60T and 100T models?
A: The 100T model supports larger vessel diameter (Ø60 mm vs Ø50 mm) and higher compaction capacity.

Q3: Is pressure holding time limited?
A: No, the system supports continuous holding with programmable release.

Q4: What safety features are included?
A: Both models are equipped with steel plate housing and plexiglass safety door.

Q5: Can I request customisation?
A: Yes, vessel sizes, pressure ranges, and digital gauge options can be customised on request.
