High-barrier aluminium composite film for pouch cell encapsulation and battery packaging

The Cell Lab Aluminium Laminated Film is a premium, multi-layer barrier material developed for pouch cell encapsulation in lithium-ion battery research and production. Combining oriented nylon, aluminium foil, and polypropylene layers, this advanced composite structure offers excellent mechanical strength, moisture resistance, and heat-sealing performance.

Engineered for maximum protection against environmental degradation, the film minimises water vapour transmission and prevents electrolyte evaporation, thereby improving pouch cell stability and cycle life. It meets battery-grade standards and conforms to JIS A8079/A8021 aluminium specifications, ensuring full electrochemical compatibility for high-performance energy applications.

Returns Policy
