Cell Lab Aluminium Foil Roll [12 μm, 300 mm Width, 5 kg] – High-Purity Battery Grade Foil for Li-ion Cathodes & Electrode Coating

High-conductivity and oxidation-resistant current collector for battery R&D and pilot-scale production

The Cell Lab Aluminium Foil Roll is a high-purity, battery-grade current-collector substrate engineered for lithium-ion cathode fabrication. Featuring excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, this foil provides a stable foundation for coating active materials such as LiFePO₄, LiCoO₂, and NMC. Its smooth surface and uniform thickness ensure superior slurry coating performance and adhesion consistency across electrodes.

Optimised for research labs and industrial pilot-scale lines, this aluminium foil demonstrates outstanding oxidation resistance, mechanical strength, and surface uniformity, enabling precise and repeatable electrode production.

Key Features

Industry-Standard 12 μm Thickness
Balances high power density with sufficient mechanical stability for Li-ion electrode R&D and scale-up.

Exceptional Surface Uniformity
Transverse and vertical surface-density variation ≤ 0.003 g / 40 × 40 mm ensures uniform slurry coating and calendaring.

High Mechanical Strength
Maintains tensile strength > 140 kgf/mm² at room temperature and > 120 kgf/mm² after thermal treatment (1200 °C, 1 h).

Superior Oxidation Resistance
No oxidation observed after 30 min at 200 °C, ensuring durability in drying and baking processes.

Customisable Coating Options
Optional pre-coating with carbon or cathode slurry available for enhanced research efficiency.
