High-purity alumina vacuum grinding jars designed for planetary ball milling under vacuum or inert gas environments.


General Description

The Cell Lab Alumina Vacuum Milling Jar Series is engineered for high-purity grinding and milling applications where oxidation, contamination and airborne exposure must be minimised during processing.

Manufactured from high-purity aluminium oxide ceramic (Al₂O₃) and protected by a durable 304 stainless steel vacuum jacket, these vacuum milling jars provide excellent wear resistance, thermal stability and sealing performance for sensitive laboratory milling applications.

These jars are specifically designed for vacuum milling or inert gas grinding environments, making them ideal for oxygen-sensitive materials, ceramic powders, battery materials, minerals and advanced functional materials.

Each vacuum jar assembly includes the grinding jar, vacuum lid, silicone sealing gasket and stainless steel vacuum sleeve. Multiple capacities from 50ml to 1000ml are available to support laboratory-scale R&D and pilot-scale material preparation.

Returns Policy
