Cell Lab All-Direction Three-Axis High Energy Planetary Ball Mill Machine [Lab-scale, Ultrafine Grinding]

Unmatched Uniformity and Flexibility in High Energy Milling

The Cell Lab All-Direction Three-Axis High Energy Planetary Ball Mill is engineered for labs demanding high energy planetary ball mill performance with three-axis, all-direction motion. It ensures no dead zones in milling, delivering uniform milling across your sample. Whether you're working with dry and wet milling, or under vacuum planetary milling jar conditions, this system achieves nanometre powder grinding down to ~0.1 microns—perfect for advanced materials, battery research, metallurgy, ceramics, and pharmaceuticals.

Key Features

  • Three-axis, all-direction planetary motion for full-coverage sample impact  guarantees uniform milling.

  • Programmable milling process with settable speed, duration, sequence and direction for reproducible results.

  • Supports dry, wet and vacuum milling, enabling inert-gas / vacuum operations when needed.

  • Achieves ultrafine grinding to ~0.1 microns, ideal for powder size reduction and nanomaterials.

  • Noise-optimized gearing design; stable speed for consistency in lab-scale ball mill applications.

  • Robust model range: total jar volume 1-20 L, allowing flexibility for different batch sizes and research scales.

Applications and Industries

Used where lab-scale ball mill precision and high reproducibility are required, especially:

  • Battery materials and electrode fabrication

  • Ceramic and nanomaterials research

  • Metallurgy and hard alloy grinding

  • Pharmaceutical and fine chemical labs

  • Inert atmosphere / vacuum sample processing

FAQ

Q1: What is the advantage of an “all-direction / three-axis” planetary mill?
A: It provides more uniform milling across all jar surfaces, reducing dead zones and improving consistency, especially for ultrafine particle generation.

Q2: Can this be used for vacuum or inert gas milling?
A: Yes — the machine supports vacuum milling when used with appropriate vacuum jars and sealings, to avoid oxidation during processing.

Q3: What powder size can this achieve?
A: It can reduce powder sizes down to 0.1 microns under optimal conditions, useful for nanomaterials and advanced research.
