Cell Lab 8 L / 125 L Acrylic Vacuum Chamber [Manual Door | Customisable | High Transparency]

Precision vacuum chambers for laboratory and industrial applications

The Cell Lab Acrylic Vacuum Chambers are designed to provide a stable, contamination-free low-pressure environment for laboratory research, industrial testing, and material processing.
Constructed from high-transparency, thickened acrylic (PMMA) and fitted with SUS304 stainless-steel valves, these chambers combine durability, visibility, and excellent vacuum performance.

Ideal for degassing, drying, curing, and airtight storage, they are widely used in chemistry, materials science, electronics, and analytical laboratories.
With two capacity options (8 L and 125 L) and full interface customisation, these vacuum chambers meet both compact research needs and larger-scale testing requirements.

Key Features

  • High Transparency Acrylic Design – Made from thickened imported acrylic (PMMA) with reinforced structure, providing 360° full visibility during operation.

  • Excellent Vacuum Performance – Achieves vacuum levels up to −0.1 MPa, with leakage rate ≤ 0.001 vol % / h ensuring long-term pressure stability.

  • Robust and Durable Construction – Reinforced acrylic walls resist deformation; SUS304 valves ensure long-lasting, corrosion-resistant operation.

  • Flexible Interface Customisation – Optional ports such as KF40 can be reserved or added for advanced system connections.

  • Safe & Easy Manual Operation – Equipped with manual door locks, easy-to-use ball valves, and optional automatic pressure control system compatibility.

Applications & Industries

  • Battery Material Research – Degassing and drying of electrode slurries and electrolyte components.

  • Chemical & Pharmaceutical Testing – Storage of volatile or reactive compounds in low-pressure environments.

  • Material Science & Polymers – Removal of trapped gas bubbles during curing or composite fabrication.

  • Electronics & Semiconductors – Vacuum-assisted drying of PCB, wafer, or encapsulation materials.

  • Quality Control & Teaching Labs – Demonstrating vacuum physics and process control principles.

FAQ

Q1: Can the vacuum chamber be connected to an external pump?
A: Yes. It is compatible with all standard rotary vane or diaphragm pumps via its SUS304 ball valve interface.

Q2: Can I request custom port types (KF, NPT, or threaded)?
A: Absolutely. Cell Lab supports custom interface options, including KF16–KF40 and threaded fittings for flexible system integration.

Q3: What’s the difference between the 8 L and 125 L versions?
A: The 8 L model is designed for desktop laboratory work, while the 125 L version supports industrial-scale degassing and testing.

Q4: What is the maximum achievable vacuum level?
A: Both models achieve up to −0.1 MPa, maintaining excellent sealing with a leak rate ≤ 0.001 vol % / h.

Q5: Is it possible to add temperature or pressure sensors?
A: Yes. Optional digital vacuum gauges, sensors, or automatic controllers can be integrated upon request.
