High-accuracy, multi-channel battery testing system designed for lithium-ion, polymer pouch, prismatic and advanced electrochemical cell evaluation.
The Neware 8-channel 5V15A Battery Testing System is a professional, high-precision battery cycler engineered for laboratory research, battery development, quality control and pilot-scale testing. Each single tester integrates 8 independent channels with closed-loop CC and CV control, enabling accurate charge–discharge testing across a wide current range up to 15A per channel.
This system supports comprehensive testing modes including CC, CV, CCCV, CP, CR, pulse testing, DCIR measurement and long-term cycling, making it suitable for lithium-ion cells, polymer pouch cells, prismatic batteries, metal-air batteries and customised electrochemical systems. With high-resolution data acquisition, flexible cut-off conditions and robust safety protections, it is widely used in battery R&D laboratories, universities, cell manufacturers and materials research institutes.
• 8 independent high-precision channels – Each channel operates independently with dedicated CC and CV closed-loop control for stable and repeatable results.
• Wide current range up to 15A per channel – Multi-range output (300 mA to 15 A) supports small cells, pouch cells and high-current battery testing.
• Advanced charge, discharge and pulse testing – Supports CC, CV, CCCV, CP, CR, pulse cycling and DCIR measurement.
• High-resolution data acquisition and fast response – 24-bit AD, 16-bit DA with millisecond-level current response ensures accurate electrochemical analysis.
• Modular rack-mount design – Single testers or full rack configuration (up to 10 units) for scalable laboratory deployment.
