General Description

The Cell Lab 2" (50 mm) FTIR Quantitative Heating Die Set is designed for preparing uniform thin-film pellets required in Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Featuring a double-channel heating system with a wide temperature range (ambient to 400 °C), this die ensures precise temperature control for reproducible sample quality.

Constructed from Cr12MoV alloy tool steel with an indenter hardness of HRC60–62, the die offers outstanding strength, durability, and resistance to wear. Its flat heating design allows preparation of 15–100 μm thick samples, suitable for demanding FTIR applications in materials science, chemistry, and pharmaceuticals.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
