General Description

Cell Lab 4N (99.99%) Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) Pieces are premium-grade evaporation materials engineered for optical coating, semiconductor, and thin-film applications. Owing to its wide band gap and high exciton binding energy, ZnS is a preferred choice for visible and infrared optical coatings, as well as for pigment and photocatalyst production.
With a high vapour pressure at relatively low temperature, ZnS evaporates cleanly under vacuum, forming films with excellent transparency and dielectric stability—ideal for manufacturing lenses, filters, and photovoltaic devices.

Returns Policy
