Cell Lab 4N (99.99%) Nickel Sputtering Target is made from refined, high-purity nickel metal, ensuring superior performance in thin film coating and magnetically functional materials. Nickel’s excellent ductility, ferromagnetism, and corrosion resistance make it a preferred choice for magnetic storage media, battery electrodes, sensors, and decorative coatings.
When sputtered under vacuum, it forms uniform, adherent films with exceptional conductivity, used across microelectronics, fuel cells, and optical components.

Yes, Cell Lab nickel targets are compatible with both DC and RF sputtering systems.

Q2: What is the difference between 4N and 4N5 purity grades?
4N (99.99%) suits most electronic coatings, while 4N5 (99.995%) is used in ultra-clean semiconductor processes.

Q3: Does the target come with a backing plate?
No, the standard target does not include one. A copper backing plate with indium bonding is available as an option.

Q4: Can dimensions be customised?
Yes, Cell Lab offers custom shapes — discs, plates, rectangles, or rods up to 200 mm in diameter.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
