High-Purity Fe₃O₄ Target for Thin-Film Deposition and Magnetic Applications

General Description

Cell Lab 4N (99.99%) Iron (II, III) Oxide (Fe₃O₄) Sputtering Target is a high-purity ceramic target designed for magnetron sputtering, thin-film coating, and electronic material fabrication. Known as magnetite, Fe₃O₄ exhibits semiconducting and ferrimagnetic behaviour, making it ideal for spintronic, magnetic storage, and catalytic applications.

This target can be bonded to a copper backing plate with indium bonding for enhanced thermal conductivity and target stability during sputtering. Cell Lab provides custom geometries and bonding configurations to fit a wide range of vacuum deposition systems.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
