Cell Lab 3N5 (99.95%) Tantalum (Ta) Pellets are designed for thermal and e-beam evaporation in thin-film deposition, semiconductor fabrication, and optical coating industries. As a rare and highly corrosion-resistant refractory metal, Tantalum exhibits exceptional mechanical stability, high melting point (3 017 °C), and excellent electrical conductivity, making it a preferred choice for electronic devices, x-ray optics, and superconducting films.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
