The Cell Lab 1600°C Ceramic Fiber Muffle Furnace Series is designed for demanding laboratory and industrial thermal processing applications requiring excellent temperature uniformity, rapid heating efficiency and precise programmable control.
Featuring a vacuum-formed polycrystalline mullite ceramic fiber chamber, the furnace provides outstanding thermal insulation performance, fast temperature response and reduced energy consumption. The system uses high-purity silicon molybdenum heating elements for reliable operation at temperatures up to 1600°C, with a recommended continuous working temperature of 1500°C.
The series supports a wide range of high-temperature applications including ceramic sintering, powder metallurgy, lithium battery material processing, heat treatment, glass firing, catalyst activation and advanced materials research.
