Compact high-temperature laboratory furnaces with ceramic fiber insulation, chimney exhaust system and optional programmable temperature controllers for sintering, ashing and heat treatment applications.


General Description

The Cell Lab 1200°C Ceramic Fiber Muffle Furnace Series is engineered for laboratory thermal processing applications requiring reliable temperature control, rapid heating performance and excellent thermal insulation efficiency.

This furnace series uses a vacuum-formed polycrystalline mullite ceramic fiber chamber combined with a three-side alloy wire heating system, delivering fast heat-up speed, stable thermal performance and reduced energy consumption. The integrated chimney exhaust structure improves airflow and is especially beneficial for ashing and material decomposition applications.

The series is available in three controller configurations:

  • Standard Model (China Brand Controller)
  • High Precision Model (Japan Brand Controller)
  • Program Controller Model (64-Segment Programmable Controller)

Available chamber volumes range from 2L to 36L, making the system suitable for university laboratories, materials research institutes, battery research, metallurgy, ceramics and industrial thermal analysis applications.
