The Cell Lab 10-Ton Automatic Heated Pellet Press is a benchtop laboratory hot press engineered for polymer, ceramic powder, and electrode/membrane film preparation. With a heating range up to 900 °C and a maximum pressure of 10 metric tons, it provides precise and consistent performance for high-temperature pressing applications.
Equipped with water-cooling jackets for rapid temperature reduction, the press supports extended operational stability (optional external water chiller available). The robust cylinder design with an 80 mm stroke ensures reliable force distribution, while the programmable pressure holding capability allows for consistent sample compaction.
This system is compatible with Cell Lab pellet pressing dies (⌀10–30 mm) and can be integrated into workflows for powder metallurgy, materials research, energy storage studies, and thin-film fabrication.
High-temperature heating — Dual heating plates reaching up to 900 °C for advanced material processing.
10-ton force capacity — Adjustable pressure (0–10 metric tons) for powders, polymers, and films.
Water-cooled system — Integrated jackets with optional chiller for efficient heat dissipation.
Versatile sample compatibility — Supports pellet pressing (⌀10–30 mm) and thin-film preparation.
Laboratory-grade design — Suitable for R&D in ceramics, batteries, polymers, and analytical spectroscopy.
