High-temperature ceramic disks for furnace, insulation and dielectric applications
Cell Lab high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) disks are designed for use in high-temperature environments, providing exceptional resistance to heat, corrosion and electrical breakdown. With > 99 % purity, these disks offer high hardness, low thermal expansion, and excellent dielectric properties, making them ideal for tube furnaces, semiconductor processing, and ceramic R&D.
Each pack includes five disks precisely manufactured for dimensional stability and surface uniformity. Custom sizes and surface finishing (polished / unpolished) are available upon request.
Note – Alumina disks are consumable products and are not covered by warranty. Please inspect within one week of delivery; Cell Lab will only be responsible for manufacturing defects reported during this period.

Q1: What is the maximum service temperature?
A: Cell Lab Al₂O₃ disks can be used continuously up to 1600 °C in oxidising or inert environments.
Q2: Can the surface be polished?
A: Yes – both one-side and double-side polished finishes are available on request.
Q3: Are the dimensions customisable?
A: Absolutely – we can tailor diameter and thickness to your experimental requirements.
Q4: Is there a warranty for these disks?
A: They are consumables; only manufacturing defects reported within one week of delivery are covered.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
