Cell Lab high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) bars are engineered for exceptional performance under extreme thermal and chemical environments. With > 99 % purity, these bars offer high hardness, superior electrical insulation, low thermal expansion, and excellent corrosion resistance.
They are widely used in the manufacturing of CVD components, ion implant systems, photolithography equipment, and semiconductor processing. Each bar is precisely sintered to maintain tight dimensional tolerance and outstanding mechanical stability under high temperatures up to 1600 °C.
Note – Alumina bars are consumable products and not covered by warranty. Please inspect within one week of delivery; Cell Lab will only be responsible for manufacturing defects reported during this period.

Q1: What temperature can Cell Lab alumina bars withstand?
A: They are stable up to 1600 °C in oxidising or inert atmospheres.
Q2: Can the dimensions be customised?
A: Yes – we can produce custom heights, widths and lengths with tight tolerances upon request.
Q3: Are these bars suitable for semiconductor processes?
A: Absolutely – they offer high purity and electrical insulation for CVD and cleanroom applications.
Q4: Are alumina bars covered by warranty?
A: No, they are consumables; please report any manufacturing defects within one week of delivery.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
